This term children in Year 4 have been looking at pentatonic scales. We have been performing using glockenspiels and xylophones and working hard to perform as an ensemble.
Today, Mr Ash's class made up their own piece using the notes of the pentatonic scale. Watch and listen to see if you can hear the different sections, they include improvisation; ostinati; monophonic texture; polyphonic texture. Also, can you tell when Mr Euan enters our classroom?!
