'An excellent, confident interpretation;' 'musical and mature;' 'fabulous tone with excellent rubato;' 'very good finger work;' 'beautiful, personal interpretation;' 'lovely steady tempo;' and simply 'WOW!' These are just some of the many positive comments left in the judges notes at the end of our Young Musician of the Year Semi Final. 13 semi-finalists played to an audience of friends, family, teachers, and judges yesterday afternoon, and gave it their all to compete for their place in the Grand Final next week. A special well done to the seven finalists and we are looking forward to hearing your performance in the final next week:
