Thanks to Ms Victoria for showing me this video. It actually comes from a recent concert at the secondary school that she went to in England (a few years ago now!).
Some amazing drumming on show - and keep watching until the lights go out for the fantastic glow in the dark action.
This makes me very emotional! These drums would play in a huge marching band every Sunday for the rest of the school to march to. All of the drummers would be boys and girls in Year 12 and Year 13. The boy on the right in the red jacket is called the 'drum major'- he or she would be chosen each year by the music department for being the best musician. They then got to be in charge of the band all year!
