In Music you can awarded house points for greatness but even more special is getting to write your name on the Rainbow of Recognition. At the end of the lesson, the teacher awards a Rainbow card to the child that has not just been amazing for a little bit of the lesson, but for the whole lesson! This is usually a very hard choice to make as you are all so amazing.
Today my decision was made even more difficult as so many children were fabulous. I couldn't decide upon one child so I awarded three Rainbow cards in one go! This is the most I have ever awarded at once and it made me feel so happy to be able to share this award of recognition for three super musicians.
Welldone to Ike, Sam H and Bach from 6I who worked fantastically well as an ensemble, were very kind to the other members of their class and showed great perseverance when they performed their own keyboard composition at the end of the lesson.
Thank-you for making me a very proud teacher :-)
