Our musician of the month is Adele! Many of you may know her recent song 'Hello' which is about an ex-boyfriend of hers. It was top of the charts for many countries, but in the U.S, it became the first song to sell over 1 million downloads within a week of its release!
Adele has produced three albums: 19, 21 and 25. They're quite simple names for albums, because they're based on her age. However, these ages were important mile posts for Adele and they marked her own personal development. Here is 'Hello':

Adele was born in North London and attended the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology. Since learning to sing, she has never aimed to sell herself as an image. Some pop stars like to dress up or alter their looks to sell their music, sometimes artfully and sometimes superficially. However, Adele does neither. She simply writes emotional songs, often about pain and heartbreak, and because she is so talented, is accepted by a wide audience. Here is one of her older songs, 'Chasing Pavements'.
